This workshop integrates core coaching skills with strategic influence techniques. Over four sessions, you'll learn how to establish trust quickly and use it to activate influence in client interactions. We’ll focus on enhancing your  presence, using powerful questioning, and maintaining ethical influence. Participants will develop the ability to establish trust, use influence effectively, and apply these  skills to create transformative client interactions.

This workshop  can also  be offered as a standalone workshop tailored to your company  upon request.

Standard Rate: €600 per participant for the full seminar.
Early Bird: €500 (if booked 15 days in advance).
Group Discount: €400 per person for groups of 4 or more.

Each 2-hour session can also be attended as a standalone workshop  at €150 per person.

Trust and Influence: A Strategic Approach

Participants will develop the ability to establish trust, use influence effectively, and apply these skills to create transformative client interactions.

Mastering Persuasion Techniques

Model: Cialdini’s Principles of Influence.

Description: Exploring how ethical influence builds trust. Participants will learn to apply these principles in client interactions while maintaining integrity.

Exercise: Role-playing scenarios to practice trust-building.

Building Trust and Credibility

Model: Fogg Behavior Model.

Description: Creating trust triggers and aligning messages with customer motivations.

Exercise: How to design trust-building messages for different personas.

Effective Communication Techniques

Model: Transactional Analysis (TA).

Description: Recognizing and responding to different ego states in interactions.

Exercise: Role-play scenarios to practice adapting communication styles.

Handling Objections and Closing Deals

Model: Challenger Sales Model.

Description: Reframing objections and using them as opportunities to close deals.

Exercise: Mock sales presentations focusing on handling objections.
