By the end of four sessions, you’ll know how to use coaching to build a self-driven, high-performing team!

Standard Rate: €600 per participant for the full seminar.
Early Bird: €500 (if booked 15 days in advance).
Group Discount: €450 per person for groups of 4 or more.

Each 2-hour session can also be attended as a standalone workshop at €150 per person.

Exercise: Real Case Scenarios to practice promoting autonomy and designing supportive policies.

Model: Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

Key Topics: Addressing dysfunctions, building trust and accountability.

Exercise: Team-building exercises focused on communication and collaboration.

Key Topics: Strategies for sustaining high performance and morale through the team lifecycle.

Exercise: How to analyze your real team development scenarios to identify challenges and strategies for sustaining high performance at different stages of team development.
